At Findnfulfill, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

✅ If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any other platform will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return request as per our [Refund & Return Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

• COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.

• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

• Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in disabling COD for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

• If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).

• Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following scenarios:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued

• Invalid address or incomplete information provided

• Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund (if already paid).
