1. When will my order be delivered?

  • Metro Cities: 2โ€“4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3โ€“6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5โ€“8 working days
    ๐Ÿšš Tracking details are shared within 24โ€“48 hours after dispatch.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes โœ… COD is available for select pin codes.
โš ๏ธ COD orders may require confirmation via call/WhatsApp before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.


3. How much is the shipping charge?

  • Free shipping on all orders above โ‚น499

  • A standard shipping fee of โ‚น49 applies on orders below โ‚น499


4. Can I cancel my order?

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return as per our [Refund & Return Policy].


5. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 8โ€“15 working days after approval.


6. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are allowed only if you received the wrong product or a defective item. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


7. What payment methods do you support?

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


8. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, youโ€™ll receive an SMS/email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly on the courier partnerโ€™s website.


9. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video. Our team will verify and arrange a refund/replacement as per policy.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk/export inquiries, please contact us directly.
